
We are currently 450 members strong and growing at a tremendous pace. This growth brings a wonderful diversity of experience which helps to increase the type and number of activities for our members.
If you think this might be for you, our best advice would be to come to one of the many coffee mornings around the island to get to meet us, see what kind of people we are and discuss the things that interest you and how we might help to get there. (See Diary for upcoming dates).

If you are a social animal there are several social events each month and throughout the year. It doesn't matter if you are artistic, linguistic, sporty, creative, reflective or cerebral, there is almost certainly something here and someone with similar interests as yourself. If not on the island then among the 400,000 members online throughout the rest of the country.

Once you have decided that you would like to join us there are a few options.
- Click here to join online (£20 a year). This is the quickest and most popular method by far
- Join in person at a coffee morning or monthly meeting
- Join by post by downloading printing and posting the membership application form, which has the details you will need
All members also have the option of receiving the u3amatters national magazine for small additional fee 5 times per year.

Already a Member and want to renew?
You can renew your membership by visiting the membership portal.
The log in process for the membership portal requires you to set up a password. To set up a password you will need your membership number, email address you originally gave us, and your post code. These details can be found at the bottom of your monthly newsletter/diary email.
